Because unlike the superpowers of today (USA) or the past( Great Britain, USSR), the Chosen ones could never infiltrate and corrupt them because they simply couldn't blend into society due to the way they look. Very few non Chinese could pass for Chinese. The Chosens not being of that few. China will never fall into their hands. The Chinese have too much honor, dignity, and self respect.

It looks to me as though the Uyghurs have very little influence in China. Most of them reside in Xinjiang (or East Turkistan) which neighbors China but is not a part of it. Wikipedia says there are Uyghur diasporas in numerous countries outside of Xinjiang, but the smallest one of all is in China, in the Hunan province. The Muslim Uyghurs of Hunan live in harmony with the rest of the south central Chinese, but the ones in Xinjiang are considered 'terrorists' by the Chinese government, so I doubt they'll have much influence on any future Chinese superpower.
They may be related to the Khazars by blood, but it doesn't seem like they're very fond of Jews.

Regarding the Uyghurs, I confess they still pose a problem in understanding their political ties. Up till the time of the Mongol Empire (which stretched from Manchuria till Poland) they were together with the judaised Khazars (their racial cousins) in controlling the empire. The Uyghurs became muslim for political convenience and still are such. However, there are definitely ties between modern Israel (New Khazaria) and the Xinkyang province of China and that regardless of religion. Israel has set up irrigation and cultivation projects in the Xinkyang and I doubt this is for shear generosity.
That the Uyghurs are seen as secessionists by Beijing is known, yet this is just a temporary internal problem. It might be that for the judaised Khazars the Uyghurs fulfill in China the same role as the (also muslim) Turks do in Germany. An important fifth column in case troubles break out.
Whilst the Uyghurs' role in China is certainly worth investigating, I agree with the comment according to which Russia - on its way to become a superpower again - is a better hope against the zionist tide than any other existing or potential superpowers. In fact, with Iran (?) the only hope.
