On U.S. False Flag War Provocations

Now that the hell-bent neocon war criminals have stationed destroyer and cruiser battleships in the Eastern Mediterranean, just off the coast of Lebanon, it is time to remind everyone of the contemporary history of the unnecessary stationing of U.S. ships in foreign or international waters by traitorous madmen of the U.S. government, and the results of such illicit maneuvers.

Congressman Ron Paul, on the floor of the House of Representatives, January 11, 2007, denouncing the aggressive positioning of U.S. navy battle groups near the Straight of Hormuz

"Our growing naval presence in the region and our harsh rhetoric toward Iran are unsettling. . . .

"Rumors are flying about when, not if, Iran will be bombed by either Israel or the U.S.—possibly with nuclear weapons. Our CIA says Iran is ten years away from producing a nuclear bomb and has no delivery system, but this does not impede our plans to keep “everything on the table” when dealing with Iran.

"We should remember that Iran, like Iraq, is a third-world nation without a significant military. Nothing in history hints that she is likely to invade a neighboring country, let alone do anything to America or Israel. I am concerned, however, that a contrived Gulf of Tonkin-type incident may occur to gain popular support for an attack on Iran.

"Even if such an attack is carried out by Israel over U.S. objections, we will be politically and morally culpable since we provided the weapons and dollars to make it possible.

"Mr. Speaker, let’s hope I’m wrong about this one."

In 1983, President Ronald Reagan authorized the deployment of several U.S. warships off the coast of Lebanon, as part of what was called a "peacekeeping mission." It turned out to be anything but peaceful, as those ships—most notably, the USS New Jersey—assisted Israel and their Lebanese allies—the Lebanese Phalangist militias—in their genocidal campaign against the people of Lebanon.

"Reagan, . . . in secret, violated his oath of office and the U.S. Constitution and ordered U.S. Military forces into an offensive war without the consent of Congress and in violation of his promise to Congress: “the American force will not engage in combat” (Sept. 29 1982) . . . . Reagan and his Secretary of Defense, Caspar W. Weinberger, in secret, issued a National Command Authority Order on September 11 1983 — 6 weeks before the bombing — authorizing acts of offensive warfare in Lebanon’s civil and international war." [1]

"During Israel's 1982 genocidal War in Lebanon, while she was butchering some 30,000 Palestinian refugees, destroying Beirut and forcing that city's half a million citizens to flee to the suburbs, Israel's Washington lobbyist talked President Reagan into joining the slaughter. Reagan obliged by ordering his battleship, the USS New Jersey, sitting off Lebanon's coast, to hurl shells into those towns around Beirut to which the refugees were fleeing. The Lebanese did not forget this little gesture and not long after, on October 23, 1983, 264 US Marines in our security force paid with their lives for Reagan's act when a car bomb exploded next to their barracks." Secretary of Defense under President Lyndon Johnson—Robert C. McNamara—admitting that the Gulf of Tonkin incident was a farce

"It didn't Happen."

The June 8, 1967, attack on the USS Liberty by the Israeli Air Forces: condoned by President Johnson, Secretary McNamara, Admiral John S. McCain, and other U.S. traitors, in collusion with the Israeli government, and concealed by traitorous elements of the U.S. government and media ever since

The blame on LBJ, McCain, McNamara, et al., and the use of the Alex Jones/USS Liberty clip, should not be taken as a diversion from Isntrael's ultimate culpability for the nefarious act itself. I simply enjoy exposing scumbag traitors in the U.S. government as much as (if not more so than) I enjoy dogging Zionazis in Isntrael. (It is my understanding that there is a big rift here at WUFYS and elsewhere, on Jones' view of all things Israel; hence the stick-up-the-ass disclaimer.)

One would hope that the US military at least has learned the lesson of the USS Liberty but...

the military (though not in agreement with US policy makers)has been obediently following the political directions of the US government and has now placed itself in a position of more vulnerability than it already was in..

Other than the usual daily situation which doesn't get reported in the US, the cia headquarters were blown-up in Afghanistan 2 days ago, 22 US soldiers were killed in less than 3 days in Iraq, the US is losing as predicted its political battle in Lebanon, its Palestinian Authority (PA) puppet president Mahmoud Abbas was ousted from Gaza 9 months ago and will soon be ousted from the West Bank too... and the US finds itself unable to re-impose him on the Palestinian people..

but the US military is still obeying the brilliant and successful directions of Zionist American policy makers..

To crown the failure of US foreign policy and reveal the vulnerability of the US army, Iranian president Ahmadinejad visited Iraq like no American official could or would even dare to. Nejad refused American "security" and was officially received live and on air for everyone to see; he didn't arrive or depart in secret; he spent 2 full days attending meetings and moving around Iraq and being royally received... and he wasn't attacked.

If the US government asks the US army to drown itself, is it going to do so? Does the military always just execute and blindly follow instructions?

I have added a section on the U.S. shelling of beirut. After an exhaustive search for video clips on it, I gave up; so I've posted only pictures and sourced accounts.

If anyone knows where to find video documentation of it, please share. Thanks.
