This is just a note of curiosity that I feel I have to post about www.ziopedia.org . I have had some material posted on ziopedia before I joined www.wakeupfromyourslumber.com . I don't know how the material got there as I never sent it.
A while ago, I was asked on this blog wakeupfromyourslumber to send to ziopedia the Arabic transscript of an interview which I had translated with the ex-Saudi minister of petroleum Zaki el Yamani which contained information on the "Saudi hijackers" of 9/11. I was given an email to send the material to. I did so and when I asked ziopedia (via email) to show me what they did with the material, I never got any response. When I tried to log into ziopedia.org to check for myself what has been published in my name, I found that I could no longer log in without paying a subscription fee... and I don't pay anything on the net. Frankly, I find it quite strange that a site could post material in someone's name but not make this material available for that someone to see. How do I know that www.ziopedia.org posted my translation correctly?
As I also said, ziopedia has posted other material of mine. Is it normal that I should have to pay a fee in order to see my own material and make sure that it is posted the way I wrote it?
Ziopedia.org's material is not 'original' material. It is made of a collection of material gathered from different sources on the web. On what basis then is www.ziopedia.org asking for subscription fees and how are all the different contributors to ziopedia to know that there material is intact?
The name ziopedia.org frankly also is not exactly reassuring. With such a name, one would like to know exactly what ZIOpedia is posting especially if it is using material written by people without asking for their consent... which is what www.ziopedia.org did with me before I joined wakupfromyourslumber.com. I have absolutely no objection to my material being distributed. Quite the contrary. We are all here in order to relay information and perspectives that we think don't get enough distribution. I do however have an objection to not being able to see what has been posted in order to make sure that it is intact.. and I do find it strange that material that is posted for free in certain sites should be charged for by others.
If ziopedia's Andrew Winkler is still around, it would be nice if he could clarify for me this situation. I would like to know what he did with the material I sent him. Why didn't he ever respond to me? I did respond to his request... Did he publish the material or not? Such questions are important in understanding where www.ziopedia.org stands. As I said, I have always found the name "ziopedia" itself rather strange and when ziopedia asks me for material in Arabic when it has already read the English translation, it makes a difference for me to know if ziopedia.org published or didn't publish the material. Why also did ziopedia ask for the Arabic transcript if it didn't publish the translation? After all, there is a huge debate on "Zion's" role in 9/11.
Any insights into ziopedia are welcome...

It doesn't look like Ziopedia.Org has published your article. Usually, even though Ziopedia charges for subscription, Google caches of their articles will show up on the net, at least that's what I found. That may have changed though, so it's not a certainty that your article wasn't published. If I'm not mistaken, there are measures that can be taken by a webmaster to prevent the material on their website from showing up on a Google search. In any case, I can't find yours at Ziopedia.Org.

Thanks for referring me to your comments. They were interesting. You mentioned that you conducted a Google search for the article in question and didn't find it. I did the same thing and also didn't find it although I know for sure that it has been published by an important Pakistani journalist and papter using my whole translation in English.
I have notes these past 8 or 10 months that several of my posts that I know exist on sites, no longer come out in Google searches. Whatever I publish, for the past several months, the number of my posts on Google no longer changes . I imagine maybe that this is a form of censorship...?
As for www.ziopedia.org , while reading the material you referred me to, I found a section saying:

I receive thousands of emails every day, most of them spam, and it is not unusual for a perfectly fine email to end up in the automatic spam filter, or simply be overlooked or forgotten. Anyhow, I don't remember seeing your submission coming in. So please resend it to submissions@ziopedia.org.
Of course we provide all our authors, on request, a free subscription, not only so that they can access their own articles, but also in recognition of their contribution. This is actually mentioned on the bottom of our regular newsletters. Some of our authors don't take advantage of that free subscription offer and rather support us by being a paid subscriber.
I understand your frustration about having to pay for full access to ZioPedia.org and would love to provide free access to everyone. The economic reality though is that after 18 months of sole reliance on donations and the unpaid work of volunteers, I could no longer afford to provide ZioPedia free of charge. I am trying very hard to strike a balance between our mission of informing the public and the economic survival of the site. The editorial, encyclopedia, online books, 9/11 and Holocaust sections are still available free of charge. Of the remainer, at least 90% is available elsewhere. Most of the authors who submit their articles to ZioPedia.org do so elsewhere too.
Basically, what my subscribers are paying something like 20 cents per day for is the convenience of not having to browse for hours through hundreds of sites and skim through thousands of articles every week to find the best on Zionist crimes and Jewish supremacism. With more than 7000 articles ZioPedia.org also serves as a valuable repository of information on those matters.
And one last comment on Cherifa's post: This is the second time that someone posted a grievance against ZioPedia.org on WUFYS because of a misunderstanding. Why don't you preserve your hostile energies for the common enemy and address these kind of matters in private communication.

Since you had asked me to email you the info and had given me an address to send to, I didn't imagine that the email would get lost. In any case, I will resend you the material, but tomorrow.
I am very happy to hear that you provide free licences to authors who contribute to your site. That sounds fair. So here I am asking for my licence. If there is a password you need to send me, please send it at cherifasirry@yahoo.com. This will be the email I will send you the 9/11 info from.

I just realised that I already had 'Ziopedia' in the tags. It might be an idea to edit your blog so that you have 'Ziopedia' in the tags too, and delete the 'www.Ziopedia.Org' tag so that all three blogs show up in the one section. That way both sides of the argument are equally represented. We don't need two Ziopedia pages here at WUFYS anyway.
People who have a conflict using civil discussion to resolve that conflict. That's one more thing to like about WUFYS.

Your tags are fine. One of the admin members here must've cleaned it up for you.
You might want to remove the 'Who is Ziopedia' tag though, since it's the only one in that category and it's unlikely that there will be any additions, but it's up to you. It's much ado about nothing, really.
I received my free subscription to Ziopedia and I'd like to thank you Andrew for it. I apologize for the belated reply, since as I mentioned to you... for some "odd" (??!!) reason, the email coming from Ziopedia went into my "bluk" folder along with the spam!!

What is an "effing" spam filter? I don't know what you mean by it.
The program that decides that new incoming mail should be thrown in the Junk folder without any second thought.
Can you imagine grabbing the mail out of the box, and just chucking into the recycling box without even looking?
