Kiss your escape plans goodbye, Mr. Bush!

“The best laid schemes o’ mice an’ men
Gang aft a-gley.”

The world received a bit of good news this weekend with the election of an new regime in Paraguay. Former Catholic Bishop Fernando Lugo has defeated the longest reigning party in the world, the Colorado Party, to claim the Paraguayan Presidency. His opponent has conceded defeat.

  Presidente Fernando Lugo

One of Presidente Lugo's first orders of State should be to redeclare Paraguay's Extradition Treaty with the United States of America, which contains some well written loophole for the extradition of "Political cases".

In light of the speculation that the Bush crime family has plans to escape to their recently purchased Estancia in Chaco Paraguay near the Brazil / Bolivian border, which overlies the world's largest pure fresh water reserve - the Guarani aquafer, adjoins the newly developed Bolivian gas fields, and is mortar range away from the newly forced U.S. Mariscal Estigarribia Military Base ( Special Forces) . The Paraguayan Senate voted last summer to “grant  U.S. troops immunity from national and International Criminal Court (ICC) jurisdiction.

The notorious Rev. Sun Yung Moon has also purchased a monster estate over the Guarani.

Hopefully Presidente Lugo will realize that preventing the escape plans of the criminals in office in America will lower the probability of them committing further crimes.

There is no escape from here. I am reminded of Ceaucescu...
