Focus on the navel, then switch to the heel touching the ground then go back to the navel.  You can change spin directions easily that way.  At least I can.

G'day LatinAmericanview. I come back to this hemisphere after summer wind's down and the test DST end's in WA. I used to like the summer's out here until the geniuses in the WA state guvmint had had enough of the "democratic" referendum process voting down DST time after time and so finally just legislated it into existence instead. The backlash to the trampling of the beloved Australian democratic process and the trial DST has not been good so I think they'll let the 3 year trial period run its course and then another scheduled referendum will put it to bed forever hopefully. That is unless, of course, the place doesn't get too watered down with all the eastern states mentality migrating out to WA for the resources boon and the voting majority turns based on the gullible newcomer's following the special interest propaganda that is at work for DST behind the scenes. Anyhow that all aside, WA is a great place to spend time, wide open looooooooong pristine beaches, best westward looking sunset's over an ocean in the world and the Western Australia women have to be the most exquisite biped's on the planet.

I feel safe in the US, far safer than in AU. In the US I know for every nut there are 100 responsible conceal carries nearby who know what they're doing. Here I know only the nut's are carrying and I constantly feel vulnerable. But the picture the average Aussie envisions of the US is a continual street gun battle. Sad how perceptions are so thin and detached from reality. Anyhow facetious is good news and cheers.

I had to refocus on the shadow to get her to spin counterclockwise again. She did at first, then spun clockwise, but if you watch the shadow, you can get your mind to perceive her in the opposite direction!!

The direction is an illusion cast by your mind, as are all the images that you SEE; but without explanation.
