Israel denies Gaza attack responsibility - 29 April 08

Added: April 29, 2008

The father of four children killed in Gaza is rejecting denials from Israel that it was responsible.

Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has expressed deep sorrow, but says the Hamas tactic of launching rocket barrages from densely populated areas is to blame.

Ahmed Abu Meg-teg lost four children and his wife as his house in the Gaza Strip was torn apart by a huge explosion.

He described to Al Jazeera, what happened.

However, Israel has a different version of events. David Chater has been trying to piece together what really happened in Beit Hanoun.

Original video:

Israel Gaza raids kill mother, four children (with graphic video and photos)

The four siblings killed in Beit Hanoun on Monday

And there go the waterworks!!! Dammit!!!!!

Such precious, beautiful children!!!!!

When are you going to put a stop to this, world?! WHEN?!!!!!!

Deconstructing A Zionist: Anthony Julius

Anthony Julius is a prominent British lawyer and academic, best known for his actions on behalf of academic Nazi hunter Deborah Lipstadt. It was Julius who perpetrated the destruction of history revisionist David Irving’s career.

However, Anthony Julius is far more than just an academic and a lawyer. He is also a devoted Zionist who has established a reputation for his opposition to ‘new anti-Semitism’. Adding to the list of his accomplishments, he is also a founding member of Engage, the notorious British Zionist smear operator. On top of that he is also founder member of the UK based Neo-con think tank known as the Euston Manifesto.

A few days ago I came across a two part paper named ‘Jewish Anti-Zionism Unravelled: The Morality of Vanity’1Apparently, it is a study made by Anthony Julius. It didn’t take me long to gather that Julius’s text should be read and understood. It must be scrutinised not because it is an important informative text, but because it serves as an invaluable document.

Last week calls by candidate Hillary Clinton to obliterate Iran for and on behalf of Israel and her willingness to commit to nuclear war causing the lives of hundreds of millions of people for and on behalf of a state that since its inception has been at war with all of its close and distant neighbor is a grave warning to Americans of the danger of Zionism on America and the world.

In few weeks President George Bush will lead a delegation of “Whose Who” in politics, government, business, media and arts and head east to Tel-Aviv to their “Mecca” to celebrate and give allegiance to the State of Israel on its 60th anniversary. Europeans will be celebrating for having gotten rid of the majority of Jews within Europe.

Since its inception in the late 18th century Europe, the Zionist movement worked so hard to transform All Jewish communities within the West in its own image and tried and have succeed to great extent to transform these US and European Jewry to loyal followers and Israeli loyalists resurrecting the feelings of alienations among world Jewry to there own countries and of course reigniting again the horrible seeds of Anti-Semitism. The measure of success of the Zionist enterprise is its ability to disfranchise old established Jewish communities in their native countries an countries of birth and citizenship and give them their “choice” of immigrating to Israel, the only place “where Jews can feel Jews”.

MIFTAH

April 28, 2008

This morning, seven residents of the northern Gaza Strip town of Beit Hanoun were killed in Israeli shelling. The tank shell directly hit a home in the Azbat Abed Rabbo quarter of the town, taking the lives of an entire family. Khadra Abu Muteq was killed along with her four children: one year old Musaab Abu Muteq, Hana’ Abu Muteq, 3, Saleh Abu Muteq 4, and Rudeineh Abu Muteq, 6. One teen, 17-year old Ayoub Atallah was also killed by the shelling and his friend Mutassem Sweilem injured as they were walking to school. Nine others were injured in the attack, several of them in serious condition.

An Al Quds Brigades activist, 23-year old Ibrahim Hajouh, the apparent target of the attack, also died in the Israeli shelling after Israeli forces invaded Beit Hanoun at dawn today. Two Israeli soldiers were wounded in the violent clashes that ensued.

The Palestinian Initiative for the Promotion of Global Dialogue and Democracy MIFTAH is appalled by today’s events and by Israel’s apparent disregard for the sanctity of human life. MIFTAH not only strongly condemns the attack, which is a flagrant violation of humanitarian law and human rights, but demands that the international community intervene to halt the killing of innocent Palestinian civilians. The silence of the international community and the United Nations has allowed Israel to believe it can act with impunity in the name of its security even when this means the killing of innocent women and children.

US Dept of Justice IP address blocked after 'vandalism' edits to Wikipedia

Wikinews has learned that a United States Department of Justice (DOJ) IP Address has been blocked on Wikipedia after making edits to an article which were considered "vandalism". In two separate instances, the IP address from the DOJ removed information from the Wikipedia article about the organization Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting in America (CAMERA), regarding an attempt by the organization to secretly gain influence on the site. The IP address has been confirmed by Wikinews to be registered and used by the DOJ located in Washington, D.C.

On April 21, Electronic Intifada published a report based on leaked emails written between CAMERA and Wikipedia contributors who are allegedly planning to gain influence on the online encyclopedia. Information about CAMERA's campaign to influence Wikipedia was first added to the site's article about the organization on April 21 by user 'Bangpound', who cited the Electronic Intifada article.

According to the edit history on the Wikipedia article CAMERA, the entire subsection relating to this controversy was removed by the IP address 149.101.1.130, which is hosted by 'wdcsun30.usdoj.gov' and is used by the DOJ. The IP address removed information regarding CAMERA's plan to "cooperate with prominent Wikipedia editors to promote a Zionist viewpoint and oppose pro-Arab viewpoints on Wikipedia" at least two separate times, on April 24 and April 25.

Truth or Neo-Consequences

By Morgan Strong

April 29, 2008

An obscure academic dispute – over whether Israeli archeology sought to obscure the land’s last two millennia of history and promote a continual Jewish claim of ownership – has shown again how tensions in the Middle East can reverberate in unlikely ways in the United States.

The dispute centered on whether Barnard College should grant tenure to Nadia Abu El-Haj, an American-born scholar of anthropology who, in the 1990s, challenged the scientific integrity of what she saw as the Israeli use of archeology in a politically motivated way to justify Jewish settlements on territory that had belonged to Palestinians.

Although the controversy wasn’t new – it had been argued out within archeological circles in Israel for years – El-Haj became a lightning rod because she was the first academic of Palestinian descent to publicize the debate in a 2001 book, Facts on the Ground: Archeological Practice and Territorial Self-Fashioning in Israeli Society.

This academic debate boiled over the past two years when El-Haj – who had been a professor at Barnard College since 2002 – applied for tenure in 2006 and became a target of neoconservative attack groups determined to punish her for undermining Israel’s claims to the Holy Land.

Marc, I feel for you! I'm going through the same with my blogger account. Steve of Desert Peace had the same experience as well. I have a blog that is pretty popular http://peacepalestine.blogspot.com and they sent me the same letter. I've hounded them to get to this, people have written letters, all to no avail. It's been a month now. I've been targeted both by Zionists and a weird group of self-styled "Anti-Zionist Marxist Jews"(and some are simply self-styled "progressive Jews" who nevertheless support Israel... Well, there have been some vicissitudes with it all, which I've documented, as well as other people. I decided that it's not worth it to stick with them, so went into the new blog and that's that. A load of people helped me save content, and that helped very much.

I ended up opening a new blog on Wordpress http://peacepalestine.wordpress.com and hopefully you can open a site with your same name, just change the server, so save all your material, make a mirror site, and hope for the best. YOU CAN STILL TAMPER WITH YOUR TEMPLATE at blogger, so announce your move so people can update their bookmarks. The more time you are "down" the more readers you will disorient.

By the way, them doing this to you proves you are doing good work. Chin up and don't let them get the best of you!!!!

Re:

Blogger "spam Robots"

Thanks for the info, Mary.

Blogger said they would get to the problem in 4 business days, making that today.

Being that blogger's owner - google - is co-founded by a jew on his way to celebrate israel's 60th does suggest potential for problems. has you or anyone written on the problem with blogger?

mparent7777 | Wed, 2008-04-30 00:27

Marc, it's a lie. This spam crap happened to me on 2 April. It is still blocked. Steve had his blocked for four months. Don't waste time, copy all of your material and upload it somewhere. Be sure you make an announcement directly in the template that you have moved, otherwise people will just think you are on holiday or that you gave up. Someone wrote to me asking if I was ill....

Don't believe that Google-Blogger is going to help you. They were fine to me when there was a guy trying to sue me, but then this happened, and it seems to be clear what they are trying to do. I've got a few posts about this affair on my blog, and I will write about what is happening to you to in a post in the coming days. Google has also taken Uruknet out of the News listings... it simply can't just be accidental. If there is any other way I can help you, let me know, I'm starting to get experienced! Next week I'm about to open another new site together with a few people that hopefully will be safer from these things, since it is not hosted by a blog host, but a company.

Don't wait for them to give back what they have taken. They have no intention of doing this. You probably have been "flagged" and are part of the group to close down. Open a new blog as soon as you can!

Sometimes your friends end up duct-taped and suicided

CAIR – April 28, 2008

SAN ANTONIO, TX, April 28, 2008 - The San Antonio chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-San Antonio) today called for a Justice Department investigation into the death of Riad Hamad, whose body was found earlier this month in a Texas lake. The body had been bound with duct tape.

Hamad, a 55-year-old middle school teacher, was a peace activist and director of the Palestine Children's Welfare Fund. His family said he had received death threats in the past because of his advocacy on behalf of the Palestinian cause. Local police are leaning toward a ruling of suicide.

"Because of the unusual nature of this case and Mr. Hamad's past political activism, we urge the Justice Department to open an independent investigation into the cause of death," said CAIR-San Antonio President Sarwat Husain.

She said Hamad's office was recently raided by the FBI, but he was never formally accused of any wrongdoing.

According to KLBJ Radio News Hamad claimed on a videotape that he was being targeted by federal agents because he ran the Palestine Children's Welfare Fund out of south Austin.

"All of our work is very transparent. We don't work with any militant group or violent group, or anybody with a militant affiliation," said Riad Hamad, in a
2003 interview with freespeech TV.

Messianic alert threatens Bible quiz

Published: 04/29/2008

An Israeli anti-missionary group warned that a messianic Jew could win the international youth Bible quiz in Jerusalem.

Yad L'Ahim, a group of fervently Orthodox Jews who combat missionaries in Israel, said Tuesday that a 17-year-old Jerusalem girl who is among four contestants in next week's Independence Day quiz belongs to a secret Christian sect.

The daily newspaper Yediot Achronot identified the girl, but Yad L'Ahim's claims about her religious affiliations could not immediately be confirmed.

Yad L'Ahim's chairman, Rabbi Shlomo Dov Lipschitz, called for religious Jews to boycott the quiz if the girl is not disqualified.

"Missionaries will be greatly encouraged by the fact that a member of their messianic Christian community has a chance of being the world champion and will exploit this, God forbid, to increase their efforts to convert people in Israel and the Diaspora," he told the newspaper.

"So much for the Zionist lie that they have made the Palestinian "desert" bloom. History offers a true and picturesque eyewitness to the contrary."

In May of this year, Zionists the world over will celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of a state-for-Jews-only in Palestine.

One of the myths that was (and still is) propagated by Zionists is that Palestine was basically an unpopulated desert before the influx of European Jews who arrived to colonize the area and turn it into a blooming Jewish paradise.

It's an inspiring image, but a complete and utter lie. Fortunately, one can still find the truth by turning to accounts of Palestine written by Western visitors more than a century ago. They saw this land through the eyes of scholars, pilgrims and curious travelers, rather than through the selective vision of politics and ideology.

"So much for the Zionist lie that they have made the Palestinian "desert" bloom"

With all of the dead Palestinian bodies that the Israeli Zionists have managed to accrue over the years and turn into fertilizer, it shouldn't be that much of a problem to make the desert bloom.

Glad to hear that you moved to another place. I am learning from this experience that this is pretty much the standard fare to expect now and in the future.

by the way, this was one of my recent posts on this:

http://peacepalestine.wordpress.com/2008/04/09/do-you-believe-in-magic/

Desert Peace has written about it today:

http://desertpeace.wordpress.com/2008/04/30/ziosteria/

and I'm still preparing my next post on this.

Be sure you communicate to your readers that you've moved right below the title of your blog on the template. This is how I was able to recuperate a few. I was getting 2000 to 3000 readers a day, and of course, building that back up again isn't the easiest thing, but... this is what they want to happen. If they can't find you, they can't read you!

Marc,  I didn't see the video that youtube had posted and removed of the Beit Hanoun massacre..., but I did see footage and record it from PSC (Palestinian Satellite Channel) and Al Aqsa TV (Hamas' channel).  I have 4 short videos if you want and Qrswave can give you my email... since I still haven't gotten to uploading myself...

I can't believe that Youtube actually cancelled the available footage.  It's just disgusting.  If these Israeli bastards will block Youtube, I am sure that we can find other ways of exposing their crimes.. as there certainly is no shortage of footage.

I guess that everyone is trying to keep the coast "clear" for a smooth celebration of Israel's damned 60th...

iT is easy to create a google video account,
and upload the videos yourself!
You might want to check if they're already there.

One of us could grab them all from Google,
join 'em and post it again (&!

You even get to write a little exposé to explain things, and may attach some internet links like GTR5.com or WakeUpFromYourSlumber.com and some Good internet news sites!

You can put the url's in the filename, file title, file description and also there's a spot to add one url specifically; but i don't use that part.

When you want to upload something more than 100Mb, then grab the provided Google video uploader; piece of cake.

Grim Reaper | Sun, 2008-05-04 04:43

It’s not that eeeasyyyy Grim:(  Otherwise I would have done it!  I have failed to teach myself so far and keep running into various ‘glitches’ that I don’t know how to handle… so I just end up emailing to my friends pictures and footage when I find it necessary… and they have sites and blogs and upload:)  I admit… I definitely am no internet wiz.  I keep pledging that I will allocate time to learning… but just keeping up with what is happening here is nearly a full time job.  If you however want to coach me as Claymore did with ‘posting of images’…, I am all ears and I shall be a good student:)

Having said that, I checked  Video Google and found that their footage of Beit Hanoun was of November 2006 and interestingly the BBC footage is titled: “Was Beit Hanoun first Israeli ‘mistake’ too many?”.  They don’t have the new footage which would show that Israeli “mistakes” in tiny Beit Hanoun or elsewhere never seem to be too many.  I’ll be happy to send you the videos Grim.  Actually I sent it to Qrswave a while ago.  Considering that you find all this ‘easy’, why don’t you put the videos together and upload them to Video Google?  It would be a beautiful gift from us to Israel for their 60th:)

You mention:  When you want to upload something more than 100Mb, then grab the provided Google video uploader; piece of cake.

What is “the provided Google video uploader??  Where should I look?  I am all ears...

Cherifa Sirry | Sun, 2008-05-04 10:35

Sick and depraved, the media zoos are.
What the racist occupation has done,
cannot be excused in any context.

We'll make their sixty-party unforgettable.

The easy part is making the online accounts, i even made one for you, complete with an egyptian postal code.

Cherifa@Live.com

Now mail yourself the 4 videos. Remember the mail will only do 10 megs per. So mail 'em seperately if you have to.
Let me know if they're too big.

The joining is a bit trickier,
i should be able to handle that one, no problemo.

Grim Reaper | Sun, 2008-05-04 11:15

Wow Grim!!!  And thanks!!!

For the last Beit Hanoun massacre I have 4 short videos

Uncompressed on media player they are of the following size:

20.4 MB + 20.5 MB + 16 MB + 18.4 MB

Compressed in Real Audio/Real Player format which makes the picture not as clear…

3.05 Mb + 3.04 MB + 2.38 MB + 2.78 MB

I am in the process of sending the videos.  Please check them out and tell me what you think.  Did the videos get there in a proper format?
