You are a federal agency.
You observe by air reconnaisance that the levee system of major America city is in the process of collapsing endangering the lives of many tens of thousands of people.
What do you do?
A. Nothing
B. Report it immediately to local public safety officials so they can alert citizens and rescue workers
C. Delay telling local officials for twelve hours
D. Delay informing the locals so you can figure out how best to spin the story - and meanwhile let hundreds of people drown to death.
If you picked D, then you know who the killers are.
As sure as the sun rises in the east, the flooding of New Orleans was a deliberate conspiracy to empty the city of its inhabitants.
And if you want to know who's behind it, you need not look further than the Exxon Mobil refinery that was mentioned in the clip.
You think this would have happened in New Orleans if Huey Long had not been assassinated? Not a chance.
So, now you know the suspects for two crimes - not just one.

I've mentioned this before. Many said the levees were able to sustain a hurricane of even higher energy.
AND THEY WERE CORRECT.
Some of you may recall:
Do some search for the DIVER who was SHOT DEAD....AFTER....he was done INVESTIGATING the damaged levees and came out of the water.....he ARGUED with a few people on land for a few hours.....THEN HE WAS SHOT DEAD!!!
What was the argument about?!!!
MANY residents, and 'ear-witnesses' have testified that they heard "EXPLOSIONS".
To verify this is not too difficult.
All you need to do is get a bunch of people with VIDEO CAMERAS all filming each OTHER, and a couple of people in scooba gear with underwater cameras, going to the levee and collecting PHYSICAL EVIDENCE and film evidence.
What you would find if indeed the levees where 'blown' up would be hard evidence of explosives use....
In other words, ballistic sharples, explosive markings, high heat/pressure on the microscopic grains, etc.
