Corrupt U.S. Congress pass the law that criminalize "Advocating overthrow of Govt" in 2006

U.S. Code Title 18, Part I, Chapter 115,

§ 2385. Advocating overthrow of Government

Passed January 2, 2006

Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or
 
Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or
Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—
 
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
 
If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
 
As used in this section, the terms “organizes” and “organize”, with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.

Interestingly, the bill H.R. 1955 Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 is on the to-do agenda list, having passed the house 404-6 on October 23, 2007. The Senate is yet to vote on it for passage to be signed by President. 
 
Hey bureaucratic idiots, why don't you go over to National Archives to confiscate the original copy of The Declaration of Independence for incineration if the present U.S. government despise freedom so much it actively seek consolidation of power for deceit, exploitation and slavery, thereby relinquishing its right to be managed by the People, instead becoming a Tyrant in contradiction to the Founding Fathers' instruction?
 
Here's the portion of the text from the paper of utmost significance that begun the American Revolution to liberate American colonial peoples from British tyranny over not only unreasonable taxes but also monetary policies of the Bank of England and religious monopoly by Church of England:

Hypocrisy and perfidy is the general standard practice of U.S. Government. Bush-Cheney administration have proven it does not regard U.S. Constitution but repudiate the document with utter contempt. The corrupt Elitist representatives and senators as filthily servile & self-serving vipers must be rout out for whatever treatment deemed acceptable by the future revolutionary movement.

I will continue to advocate overthrow in my revolutionary writings, because Founding Fathers would have approved of my call for overthrow of the rogue government that has completed its monstrous form since the coup d'etat after the assassination of President Kennedy.

It worked for Samuel Adams. Here's the except of Samuel's essay under his pen name Candidus, published in Boston Gazette on October 14, 1771.

"The truth is, All might be free if they valued
freedom, and defended it as they ought. Is it possible that millions could be enslaved by a few, which is a notorious fact, if all possessed the independent spirit of Brutus, who to his immortal honor, expelled the proud Tyrant of Rome, and his "royal and rebellious race?" If therefore a people will not be free; if they have not virtue enough to maintain their liberty against a presumptuous invader, they deserve no pity, and are to be treated
with contempt and ignominy. Had not Caesar seen that Rome was ready to stoop, he would not have dared to make himself the master of that once brave people. The liberties of our Country, the freedom of our civil constitution are worth defending at all hazards: And it is our duty to defend them against all attacks. We have receiv'd them as a fair Inheritance from our worthy Ancestors: They purchas'd them for us with toil and danger and expence of treasure and blood; and transmitted them to us with care and diligence. It will bring an everlasting mark of infamy on the present generation, enlightned as it is, if we should suffer them to be wrested from us by violence without a struggle; or be cheated out of them by the artifices of false and designing men. Of the latter we are in most danger at present: Let us therefore be aware of it. Let us contemplate our forefathers and posterity; and resolve to maintain the rights bequeath'd to us from the former, for the sake of the latter. - Instead of sitting down satisfied with the efforts we have already made, which is the wish of our enemies, the necessity of the times, more than ever, calls for our utmost circumspection, deliberation, fortitude and perseverance. Let us remember, that "if we suffer tamely a lawless attack upon our liberty, we encourage it, and involve others in our doom." It is a very serious consideration, which should deeply impress our minds, that millions yet unborn may be the miserable sharers in the event."

Consider Sam's promulgation the confident show of a middle finger to the compromised structure of the U.S. government that continue to hang on to the illegitimate power grab as a poisonous toxin in its quest for perpetual war and fraud.

Such tremendous crimes committed by the U.S. government that defy the will of the informed People deserve eventual overthrow the further national outrage the train of power in usurpation and abuse is exposed. The cowardly compliant media will not be the Wall of Protection anymore to protect the moneyed interests from the immediate danger of retaliationary measures.

It's time to get rid of the destabilizing and parasitic influences that have taken over the federal government in Washington.

The regime currently ensconced in DC needs to disappear from the pages of time.

And we can use this law to evict and convict the Bush/Cheney Junta, since Bush himself told a staff meeting to "not wave the Consitution in my face, since it's just a goddamn piece of paper."

That in and of itself is a gross violation of his duties to protect and defend the Constitution from ALL enemies, both foreign and domestic.

Since Bush is advocating and practicing the overthrow of the government, he is guilty of breaking his own law... I know, what's new?

It's going to get ugly out there and like the saying goes, there are two types of people: Gun owners and victims.
