Comment on Ernst Zündel’s Toronto trial
Some interesting YouTube videos of one of Ernst Zündel’s court trials reveal just how evil these zionist fucks really are.
The videos are a compendium of Canadian TV news features that covered Zündel’s trial for holo-hoax denial in Toronto, starting on 7 Jan 1984. During 38 days of courtroom testimony, Zündel wore a bulletproof vest to protect him from Jewish thugs that rallied around the courthouse every day.
Since the Toronto trial was the early 1980s, the video news clips are surprisingly even-handed. In those days one could still (occasionally) see a decent news story up until 1996, when the Telecommunications Act did away with the Communications Act of 1934, which had been designed to prevent one power from gaining control of all broadcast media. The 1996 Act allowed zionist Jews – with limitless money from the Federal Reserve – to buy all broadcast media and consolidate their control over the North American media. Since 1996, all new stories have been sheer propaganda for war, corporate expansion, and above all, israel.
1996 was also the year when the last Gentile head of a major Hollywood studio was edged out by Jews. That was Alan Ladd Jr, the head of Paramount. The Jews gave him a “fuck you get lost” present in the form of a Best Picture Oscar for Mel Gibson’s Braveheart, which was produced by Paramount, and whose production crew was mostly Gentile. After 1996, Jews completed their conquest of Hollywood, and American movies have been mostly garbage ever since.
1996 was also the year that NAFTA (signed in 1994) went into full effect. NAFTA impoverished Mexico, causing hoards of Mexicans to stream north in a desperate search for jobs. The only thing worse than the mid-1990s was 9-11.
Anyway, Zündel’s Toronto trial was only one of many, but it was a big deal in 1983 -- at least in Canada. Every day at 8:00 am, people crowded ten-to-fifteen deep outside the courthouse, waiting to enter so they could watch the proceedings. It was like the 1925 Scopes trial in Tennessee, which was made into that 1960 movie Inherit the Wind. Outside the Toronto courthouse, terrorist members of the Jewish Defense League marched, shouted, and shoved pedestrians, as seen in the YouTube videos.
The videos are in seven parts, ten minutes each. You don’t need to watch them, since I will summarize them below, but you should watch the first video to see how violent these Jewish creeps are.
Also, anyone with German pride (that’s you EOWN) should watch the last half of the last (seventh) video. It will give you the warm fuzzies.
By the time Zündel was hauled into the Toronto court for holo-hoax denial, the Canadian government had already suspended his mailing privileges for the previous two years. At issue was Zündel’s publication of a pamphlet titled Did Six Million Really Die? which explains that no Jews were gassed in Europe.
Here’s a summary of what happens in the seven videos…
Zündel’s defense attorney was Douglas Christie from British Columbia, who starts by asking for a jury that includes no militant Jews or Freemasons, since Zündel’s work had criticized both, and Zündel deserved a fair trial. (Zündel believes that Freemasons historically collaborated in spreading Jewish power.) The judge denies the request, saying Zündel has no right to tailor his own jury.
(The judge is a liar. In all trials, the defense and prosecution both make trade-offs regarding the choice of jury members, since jury selection is 90% of any case.)
The judge says that in Zündel’s case, freedom of opinion is not absolute, and anyway this trial is not about freedom of speech, but about “hate.”
Thus, the jury is packed with militant zionists.
Prosecutor Peter Griffiths starts off by trotting out several holo-hoax “survivors” to give testimony. These are demolished by Christie (Zündel’s defense attorney).
Then the prosecutor brings in police sergeants and other officials who are Masons, presenting them as “expert witnesses.” The (low-level) Masons say they are not part of any conspiracy, and they find the suggestion of conspiracy "deeply hurtful."
The prosecutor then brings in holo-hoax champion Raul Hillberg as an “expert witness.” Hillberg looks like Alan Greenspan, and scowls at the courtroom like a diabetic toad. He takes the stand, and for days he is cross-examined by defense attorney Christie. Hillberg admits there was no written order to “exterminate Jews,” but he says Hitler gave the order “verbally,” even though he has no proof of this. Hillberg says this complete lack of evidence is “one of the gaps in history.” He claims that an SS officer told him the “truth” about the holo-hoax. Defense attorney Christie asks if it’s the same SS officer that claimed the Germans gassed 25 MILLION Jews, and also claimed that Hitler personally attended many gassings. Hillberg says yes, it’s the same officer. (25 million? Riiiiight.) Christie then demonstrates how Hillberg twists everything to “prove” the holo-hoax, and ignores all evidence that discredits the holo-hoax. Hillberg, frustrated, moans that Christie is “confusing the issue.”
Christie asks Hillberg if German “confessions” were extracted under torture. Hillberg says he is unaware of any torture. Later in the trial, Hillberg says it was necessary to torture Germans so the Allies could have “important witnesses.”
Christie asks Hillberg for a single scientific report indicating there were homicidal gas chambers. Hillberg says he doesn’t know of any.
Then the prosecutor brings in holo-hoax “survivor” Rudolf Verba, and says Verba’s memory of Auschwitz is flawless. When Verba “escaped” from the labor facility in 1944, he told the Allies that 6,000 Jews per day were gassed at Auschwitz. By 1964, Verba wrote a “memoir” titled I Cannot Forgive, which says 12,000 Jews per day at Auschwitz were gassed (which would mean six million Jews were disposed of in only sixteen months. That’s German efficiency for you.) In the courtroom, Verba admits he lied, and that his book “dramatized” incidents, and was an “artistic picture of an event.”
Verba had also claimed in his "memoir" that he saw Heinrich Himmler attend a gassing demonstration. This too is exposed as a lie at Zündel’s trial. Verba, crushed, says his “memoir” is not a history book, but a “work of literature,” and that his personal “eyewitness” account was actually a compilation of many others’ “eyewitness accounts.” He says two million Jews were gassed at Auschwitz. He knows the exact figures, because he kept a “mental record.”
Then the prosecution brings in another holo-hoax “survivor,” Dennis Erstein, who says he saw Jews being gassed, but he too is destroyed in cross-examination. Erstein hesitates, stammers, and cannot recall any details of the buildings at Auschwitz, but dammit, he saw the gassings and the smoke and flames! (Even though cremation produces no smoke). Defeated, Erstein is reduced to blurting out to the courtroom, “I’m very mad that I have to go through this whole thing again!”
Then the prosecution attacks Zündel for publishing a magazine article titled “The West, War, and Islam,” which says international bankers are leading the war against Islam. The prosecution brings in Jon Burnett, a senior VP of the Canadian Royal Bank, who says there is no secret conspiracy between secret organizations such as the secret Federal Reserve. Zündel’s attorney grills Burnett about the IMF’s use of debt to enslave Argentina and other nations.
Zündel’s attorney does not bring in the first of his own witnesses until four weeks go by. First on the stand is researcher Robert Faurisson, who tells the court there were no gas chambers anywhere in Europe. (Faurisson was hospitalized after Jewish terrorists beat him up, and was prosecuted multiple times in France for questioning the holo-hoax.)
Faurisson explains that the “final solution” was not to exterminate Jews, but to move them to their own nation, perhaps Madagascar, as is well documented in Nazi records. He says the fact that there are so many “survivors” proves there was no policy to exterminate Jews. He says zionists sustain the holo-hoax myth so they can extort money from various governments, and avoid blame for their own atrocities.
Then Zündel’s attorney brings in Dr. Russel Barton, a British psychiatrist who worked in the Bergen-Belsen camp as a Red Cross volunteer. Barton says that when he arrived with the Allied forces at Bergen-Belsen, he saw up to 500 inmates a day die of starvation and disease, but not because of any German policy to exterminate them. The grisly scenes of bodies being bulldozed into a collective burial ditch are used by Jews to “prove” the holo-hoax. (Wait --I thought all Jews were gassed and cremated.) Barton says some of the inmates died when British soldiers gave them food that the inmates couldn’t digest.
Next, Zündel’s attorney produces a WW II German soldier who was posted to Auschwitz in 1944. The soldier never saw any gassings, and never heard of them until propaganda was spread after the war. He says Auschwitz was a clean and happy facility, and he went there so Jews could train him in the manufacture of synthetic rubber.
Then Zündel’s attorney brings in Dr. William Lindsey, an American industrial chemist who says Zyklon B (hydrogen cyanide) is so dangerous that it is “highly unlikely” that Jews could have handled corpses immediately after Jews had been gassed. Lindsey says it's impossible for “mass gassings” to have happened the way they’ve been described. He says, “No one was willfully killed with Zyklon B in this manner," nor could there have been smoke and flames billowing into the sky from cremated bodies, since this would have caused brick-and-mortar chimneys to fall apart.
Then Zündel’s attorney brings in a Swedish man who visited Auschwitz 27 times. The man describes the swimming pool, the sauna, brothel, hospital, and dance hall that we all know existed at the Auschwitz “death camp.” He likens the “gas chamber” reconstructions to crude Hollywood mockups. (He had been prosecuted himself in Sweden for questioning the holo-hoax.)
Then comes Hal Schroeder and another man who say their children are taunted in Canada because they have a German heritage (like Zündel himself).
Then comes a man who served with the Nazi SD (security service) in Poland. He says he never heard of any German extermination program until after the war.
Then comes a surprise witness, Jim Keegstra, a high-school teacher from Alberta who was fired because he encouraged his students to examine both sides of the holo-hoax. He had taught for 21 years, and when he was fired, every newspaper in Canada slandered him. In his classroom, Keegstra had exposed the Jewish role in the French Revolution and World War I, and was therefore terminated for “anti-Semitism” (i.e. failure to worship Jews). After appearing as a witness for Zündel’s defense, Keegstra was himself put on trial later for holo-hoax denial.
Then, to illustrate how false holo-hoax accusations cause mass hysteria among the press and public, Zündel’s attorney brings in Frank Wallace from Chicago. Back in 1977, Wallace was falsely accused by Simon Weisenthal of being an SS murderer. For the next three years, Wallace was attacked on the streets, abandoned by his friends and family, and was forced to borrow $120,000 for his legal defense. Ernst Zündel gave him several thousand dollars. Finally in 1980, Wallace was cleared when he proved he had worked on a farm in Poland, but the stress caused him to have two heart attacks. Weisenthal offered no apology for making the false accusation.
Then the defense brings in many more witnesses, all of which have been victimized by holo-hoax lies.
Finally Zündel himself takes the stand and says the Allies invented the holo-hoax to conceal their own atrocities, and the lies become worse with each re-telling.
The jury deliberates for eight hours and pronounces Zündel guilty of publishing “false information that could potentially cause social or racial intolerance.”
Prosecutor Peter Griffiths asks for a long sentence so others will know that “anti-semitism” will not be tolerated. He also asks for a court order that would make it illegal for Zündel to ever publish anything about the holo-hoax again.
In the video, we see Jews whine that their aggression gave free publicity to Zündel. “It made him respectable. It made him a household word!”
The judge calls Zündel a “menace to society,” and sentences him to 15 months in prison. Zündel arrives at the sentencing carrying a large wooden cross on his back, implying he was being crucified for his beliefs.
zionist groups demand that the Canadian federal government deport Zündel and ban him from ever setting foot in Canada again.
In 1985, Zündel was brought in for a criminal trial, and then again in 1988. Both are as farcical as the 1983 trial.
In 1997 his wife snitches him off for publishing things on a web site, and calls him “evil incarnate.” Then she testifies against him during new investigations by the Canadian Human Rights Commission for promoting hatred against Jews via his website.
In January 2000, while this investigation continues, Zündel leaves Canada for Sevierville, Tennessee, vowing never to return to Canada again.
In 2003, Jews ordered the U.S. government to arrest him. He is taken to Canada.
In 2005 he is taken to Mannheim Germany.
In 2007 he is sentenced to five years in prison for questioning the holo-hoax.
He sits in prison now.

If someone has been without food for awhile, you just can't up and give them normal amounts of food to eat, as the body will freak out at the amount of substance it is being asked to absorb and more often than not, kill itself off.

As far as Zündel being Jewish, I don’t know if he is, and I don’t care. Norm Finkelstein is a zionist Jew, and I agree with most of what he says. Chomsky is a zionist Jew, and I agree with some of what he says. Dr. Alfred Lilienthal is an israeli Jew, and I agree with EVERYTHING he says. Same with Jeffrey Blankfort (an American Jew). If a Jew speaks the truth, I consider him or her an ally -- but only if he speaks the whole truth (which Chomsly and Finkelstein don’t).

Ernst Zündel is no David Irving. Irving would do anything to get attention. Thus he repeatedly contradicted himself in his books and comments. His flip-flopping on the Hitler Diaries hoax was disgraceful. Irving was not out to expose the truth. Irving was out for Irving.
Zündel’s motivations are entirely different. He's not out to defeat Jews, but to restore dignity to Germans, and to people of German heritage. He has always been very clear about this.
Anyway what 69-year-old person (like Zündel) would want to go to jail for ANY reason? Zündel went from Canada to the USA to avoid jail. He never sought any of his court trials. All trials were imposed on him by militant Jews who brought complaints aganst him.

I did not say I have never listened to DBS. I said "I never listen to him." A year ago I studied his comments very carefully and concluded that he is a total zero.
You assume that I go by what others say about him. I don't care what others say about him. In my opinion he's a little twit who focuses less on the issues at hand than he does insulting everyone around him -- and I do mean everyone.

I am not a “neo-Nazi.” I’m not even German. Yet I consider Hitler the greatest leader of the 20th century. This is not blind admiration. My opinion is based on long-term study.
The zionist / Jewish factor has little to do with it. I know what Hitler did with the German banking system. I have studied National Socialist ideas concerning art and architecture. I have learned about Allied atrocities during and after the war. I know why Hitler was forced to invade Poland and attack the USSR.
Hitler brought optimism to a crushed people. His speeches were not wasted on whining, but on holding to the faith that a better life was possible, and that, “We can do this together.”
Of course, nobody’s perfect. Hitler gave jobs to a lot of people, building the Autobahn and so forth, but working conditions were often harsh. Still, that situation was better than the Weimar Republic nightmare.
And -- as with any revolution – certain branches of it caused more problems than they solved. Today, anti-zionists have people like DBS. In 1934, the National Socialists had people like Ernst Röhm.

Yes, one of Hitler's wishes just prior to his passing was that his body be cremated (by Hans Gunsche) so that he would not be turned into a "waxworks" figure. It really bothers me that such a simple wish has been violated, especially by the British trash.

Did you ever see that 1968 fantasy movie Where Eagles Dare, based on the Alistair MacLean novel? During World War II a British team (with Clint Eastwood in tow) goes on a mission to get information about German spies operating in England, and in the process takes out some members of the German high command. Their objective is the “Schloss Adler,” a heavily defended German fortress in Bavaria. The fantasy action figures do their “heroic” thing, but notice the art and the music. The mountains and the German fortress are rousing and magnificent. Film-watchers cheer for the “heroes,” but secretly they envy German strength and beauty as symbolized by the fortress and those mountains (which are actually near Salzbug Austria). The fortress is in the clouds, perched on a summit. Perhaps the filmmakers took their inspiration from Hitler’s “Eagle’s Nest” (the Kehlsteinhaus chalet in the German Alps near Berchtesgaden, Bavaria) which had an elevator that took people to the top, whereas the fiction movie has a cable car.
Human beings have a natural yearning for this kind of strength and wholesomeness, whereas the zionist spirit dreads it. Gentiles were made to feel guilty if they didn’t understand the “greatness” of this filth. Once again degenerate art reigned supreme, and with it, mass depression and the rise of Jewish world power.
