Ahmadinejad: (America's) Oil crisis is "fake"

As usual, President of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad speaks truth to power.

The truth is, besides maybe problems at some refineries causing oil shortage, the greedy spectactors (buying and selling future contracts) at Merchantile Exchange in Chicago and New York, corrupt & regressive monetary policies of Federal Reserve and U.S. Treasury and draining America's resources to fund the unwinnable wars in the Middle East (Iraq) and Central Asia (Afghanistan), not to mention overspending to manage the ever-bloating empire (military bases, etc) around the world and coddling Saudi Arabia & Israel in overgenerous foreign aids & diplomacy, are the primary causes of the so-called Oil Crisis.

Add to the fact the collusion of American automobile industry with energy industry to stop the possibility of alternative energy in affordable practicability for mass consumption. Plutocratic U.S. government is a conspiractor in neglecting its duty to pressure the auto and oil industries to develop higher fuel economy and look the other way as large oil corporatiosn announce record quarter profits (hence corrupt, self-serving Republicans demolishing the Democratic bill to tax the profits among other demands to provide relief to the average American).

Oil is the world's most precious resource, even more so than gold, and it is rightly called "black gold". America uses oil not only as a motive for invasions (Iraq) but it is a powerful drug akin to injecting heroin. Oil is the engine of economy, and nothing is more important in the world than America being the richest and most powerful nation on Earth. It depends on oil to extract wealth and to wield power of influence. Israel also covets oil for this reason. [1, 2]

Yet the mainstream media and government officers neglect to examine the issue deeper why there is an "oil crisis," real or artificial. Their intentional ignorance of the facts I laid out above only exacerbate the crisis by pretending that ingoring the problems will go away. It will not.

And this is why they are eager for the opportunity to attack Iran because its head of state is courageous to point out what's wrong. Saddam Hussein was silent as he attempted to swap US Dollar for Euro in oil trade, and that silence cost him the power. Had Saddam spoken out loudly and with reason about petrodollar dominance, the world would have listened and they will know one of the true motives for U.S.'s invasion.

The powermongering rulers, who like to think of themselves as Gods because of the appeal of absolute power to decide the policies without regard for commoners' human lives and happiness, want to uphold American Dollar hegemony which continue to deteroriate gradually. Unless they deliberately wreck the Dollar in order to bring about the forced change with North American Union (the ruling elites' wet dream) and even Union of South American nations (the anti-American leaders' preference, if they are willing to form).

Whatever the reason for the rapidly depreciating Dollar value, one thing is certain: oil crisis is indeed fake, manufactured by the ruling Elite's anti-democratic and anti-reason policies, to not only gouge the population for great profits but also send the message that oil is here to stay forever and there will always be war for oil and clean water as the ever-depleting resources. Until peak oil is reached, which will throw the world into an international energy crisis not unlike Mad Max films.

Market full of oil, price trend "fake": Ahmadinejad

By Hashem Kalentari, Reuters

Tue Jun 17

The market is full of oil and the rising price trend is "fake and imposed," Iran's president said on Tuesday, partly blaming a weak U.S. dollar which he said was being pushed lower on purpose.

"At a time when the growth of consumption is lower than the growth of production and the market is full of oil, prices are rising and this trend is completely fake and imposed," President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said in a televised speech.

"It is very clear that visible and invisible hands are controlling prices in a fake way with political and economic aims," he said when opening a meeting of the OPEC Fund for International Development in the central Iranian city of Isfahan.

Iran, the world's fourth-largest oil exporter, has repeatedly said the market is well-supplied with crude and blames rising prices on speculation, a weak U.S. currency and geopolitical factors.

"As you know the decrease in the dollar's value and the increase in energy prices are two sides of the same coin which are being introduced as factors behind the recent instability," Ahmadinejad said.

Oil steadied on Tuesday after touching a record near $140 the previous day, with traders caught between a weaker dollar and expectations that top exporter Saudi Arabia will ramp up output to its highest rate in decades.

Iran has often said it sees no need for the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) to boost output.

"EVER-INCREASING DECREASE"

Ahmadinejad reiterated his view that oil should be sold in a basket of currencies rather than U.S. dollars, an idea which has failed to win over other OPEC members, except Venezuela.

"The ever-increasing decrease in the dollar's value is one of the world's major problems," he said.

"A combination of the world's valid currencies should become a basis for oil transactions or (OPEC) member countries should determine a new currency for oil transactions," he said.

Iran, embroiled in a standoff with the West over its nuclear program, has for more than two years been increasing its sales of oil for currencies other than the dollar, saying the weak U.S. currency is eroding its purchasing power.

Ahmadinejad, who in the past has called the dollar a "worthless piece of paper," suggested "some big powers" were driving it lower on purpose:

"The planners for some big powers are acting to decrease the dollar's value," he said. "For years they imposed inflation and their own economic problems to other nations by injecting the dollar without any support to the global economy."

Foes since Iran's 1979 Islamic revolution, Tehran and Washington are also at odds over Tehran's disputed nuclear activities as well as over policy in Iraq. Iran says its atomic work is peaceful.

Trump: Oil Companies 'Ripping Off This Country'

"I consider myself to be a great capitalist, but I think the oil companies have been ripping off this country and the world for a long time," Trump said. "I can see doing something against the oil companies. They're making numbers--nobody's ever seen numbers like this. They and OPEC and lots of people together are having a lot of fun." [...]

Lindsey Williams, an American oil industry insider, said the same thing . Take a look at this link:

What's with the namecalling using vulgar slangs referring to female gentalia?

This adds nothing valuable to the forum at all.

Go away, EOWN. You're a nuisance who gets pathetic the more you ponder how to throw insults like an oversensitive child with vengeful tantrums.

Nepos Libertas | Thu, 2008-06-19 17:00

The recent ones, anyway.

Your dick is just a protruding, external cunt, so piss off. Go fold your uncut stick-pussy sheath and have Latin lick off the smegma underneath. Oy vey! That's Shalom Bernanke style. Clearly you like stick-pussy and ass. Tee hee hee. So go get some, mein Jude.

Latin, shut your face. Go back to Latin America where you belong. Fix your own country.

If that's not trolling, I dunno what is.

The recurring theme is a symptom of EOWN's apparent fascination with the genitalia of both sexes. Ever since I called her a twat, she's been raving about sex organs like a lunatic.

Twat: n. A derogatory term for a person whose behaviour is considered to be extremely or intolerably ignorant, obnoxious, offensive or moronic.

Keep up the good work, Nepos.

Good work COZ! Complying that list is no small task for people interested in the truth. EWON, if you could incorporate the word dork in your next post- I would be most appreciative.  Dork- I was liked the sound of it.

The price of a barrel of crude oil is the ultimate weapon of mass destruction.

While all the articles reasons for the false energy crisis are valid, the role of the IMF and World Bank in shaping national policies to their profitable liking can not be understated.

The next move that I expect is a dramatic drop in the price of crude - this can be attributed to multiple scenerios - new finds, currency manipulation, futures regulation, etc. any excuse will do. The result will be the collapse of the Venezuelan economy and the recapture of the South American markets.

I respect Hugo Chavez immensely for his brave stand against the IMF meddling that has impoverished the Southern Hemisphere, but I don't believe that Venezuela can survive a prolonged period of $25 a barrel crude.
