DHS wants ALL airline passengers to wear taser bracelet

Just when you thought you’ve heard it all...
A senior government official with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has expressed great interest in a so-called safety bracelet that would serve as a stun device, similar to that of a police Taser®. According to this promotional video found at the Lamperd Less Lethal website, the bracelet would be worn by all airline passengers.
This bracelet would:
• take the place of an airline boarding pass
• contain personal information about the traveler
• be able to monitor the whereabouts of each passenger and his/her luggage
• shock the wearer on command, completely immobilizing him/her for several minutes

Heck, why take it off? Why not have implantable shock-devices that seldom kill their targets? (sic)
Who the hell is gonna be able to tell which passenger is the one that needs to be shocked?
What would be the criteria for shocking someone?
What if the 'terrrorists' (notice the ad shows mostly brown people) got a hold of the shocking contol panel, and shocked everyone on board, to complete their mission?
I've got a much better idea!
Howabout we make them mandatory for ALL congress, senate, gov't, CEO's and international bankers!!
Then we can give the shock-control devices to the people, to deter the TERRORIST GOV'T, CEO'S and BANKERS from committing further genocide upon us!!
A more powerful version would be necessary for security, either placed around their necks, or implanted in their brains, in order to pre-empt any future plans to commit war-crimes and genocide.
I guess they enjoy having to wear taser braclets & shit as long as it's other Jews making them do it.
