Americans have already lost their rights and their fight for "freedom". The reality is that Americans didn't really put up much of a fight for “freedom”. The entire world has been trying for YEARS to wake the American people up..., but they don't wake up... or their waking up is extremely slow.

Two years after the Patriot Act has been signed, Peter Chamberlain (for whom I have great admiration by the way in spite of any comments now...) introduces the US resistance. With all due respect, this should have been done ages ago if the United States was truly the most "developed" country in the world and if its people had the faintest idea of what was happening to them... or what was happening by their government to the rest of the world.
The American people in my humble opinion are simply waking up too late for... and are also much too tame. When you wake up late and your resistance is 'peaceful', what exactly can be achieved given the real situation? Can you stop the Iran war? Could you stop any of the resolutions taken by Congress legitimizing again illegal and unnecessary US behavior? If the Iran war doesn't take place, it will not be in all frankness thanks to the efforts of the US anti-war movement. It will be because of Iran... and because the US is unable at this stage to enter another war.
There is a huge gap between the American people and the rest of the world… unfortunately.
