A 'Mea Culpa' from Blogger?
Of late, there have been more than a few blogs that were shut down by Blogger, since the blog was labeled as generating spam.
That a lot of these blogs were either pro-Palestinian or anti-Israeli occupation seems to be the general feeling, but unless one saw a list of ALL blogs marked as spam by Blogger, one could only guess as to whether or not the majority of blogs were indeed pro-Palestinian,
And if they were and if the were shut down by Blogger, then is that such a crime?
Blogger owns the sites and pays enormous amounts of money for bandwidth, servers, utilities, etc. to keep these free blogs up and running.
Basically, its Blogger's sandbox and if they don't want you to play in it, they have that right.
So, maybe Blogger did and maybe they didn't.
What is irksome about this is that some blogs that were shut down, like Desert Peace, yowled like a scalded dog, yet they practice the same type of censorship that allegedly Blogger engaged in.
Perhaps those blogs that engage in censorship should clean up their own backyards before raising hell about the neighbors.

You Are Not Spam
August 2, 2008 — permalink
You knew that already, and now we do too. We have now restored all accounts that were mistakenly marked as spam yesterday. (See: Spam Fridays)
We want to offer our sincerest apologies to affected bloggers and their readers. We’ve tracked down the problem to a bug in our data processing code that locked blogs even when our algorithms concluded they were not spam. We are adding additional monitoring and process checks to ensure that bugs of this magnitude are caught before they can affect your data.
At Blogger, we strongly believe that you own and should control your posts and other data. We understand that you trust us to store and serve your blog, and incidents like this one are a betrayal of that trust. In the spirit of ensuring that you always have access to your data, we have been working on importing and exporting tools to make it easier to back up your posts. If you'd like a sneak peek at the Import / Export tool, you can try it out on Blogger in Draft.
Our restoration today was of all blogs that were mistakenly marked as spam due to Friday's bug. Because spam fighting inherently runs the risk of false positives, your blog may have been mis-classified as spam for other reasons. If you are still unable to post to your blog today you can request a review by clicking Request Unlock Review on your Dashboard.

Spam Fridays
August 1, 2008 — permalink
While we wish that every post on this blog could be about cool features or other Blogger news, sometimes we have to step in and admit a mistake.
We've noticed that a number of users have had their blogs mistakenly marked as spam, and wanted to sound off real quick to let you know that, despite it being Friday afternoon, we are working hard to sort this out. So to those folks who have received an email saying that your blog has been classified as spam and can't post right now, we offer our sincere apologies for the trouble.
We hope to have this resolved shortly, and appreciate your patience as we work through the kinks.

Blogger lies.
BTW, I have some land in Florida you may be interested in...
Not so much Palestine, but the Zionist threat at large, blogger has never messed with my strident shrill anti Zionist screeds...and as they do what they do while asking for no coin from me, and i do not even host ads i am greatful to them for letting me broadcast my version of reality....like my most recent post...
The Jewish False Flag 911 Anthrax Terrorist Attack Exposed (sort of)
Psychotic Zionist Jew Bruce E. Ivins, who allegedly committed suicide Tuesday was on the verge of being arrested for 5 counts of capital murder in association the anthrax attacks against some members of the media and government was apparently part of a wider government plot, likely in coordination with the rabid PNAC Zionists who dominated Bush's cabinet and the Office f Special Plans, cooked up America's current middl-east misadventures...Some motivated by the Israel project, Zionism at large, or simple greed and disregard for the cost in human life. I suppose it depends on your definition of human, no??
As to who in government to look to for answers, according to Glenn Greenwald in yesterdays Salon.com, the folks at ABC News might be the ones to start asking, for example who from the WH gave them bogus info, which they eagerly repeated?
To subhuman asshat Mr. Bruce Ivans, i will let his words speak for him, may he rot in hell...
"By blood and faith, Jews are God's chosen, and have no need for "dialogue" with any gentile. End of "dialogue."
Bruce E. Ivins, Jewish 911 anthrax terrorist
blogger is ok by me....
..because he was one of many zionist operatives who did the anthrax attacks, and if he was arrested, he may have squealed on several others.
So convenient to blame a dead man, when the guy caught on tape, stealing anthrax: phillip zack, is walking free; not to mention ALL the others, all the way up to the legislators who pushed the new laws into effect, including the ones who actually wrote the legislation!
Bruce Ivins was a Roman Catholic. Neither of his parents were jewish. He shows no jewish characteristics. He did not attend jewish schools. He was not involved in jewish organizations. I'm betting he didn't have a jewish bone in his body or one drop of jewish blood in his veins.
That said, his Letter to the Editor leaves no doubt that he was a rabid talmudic zionist. Where he picked up this supremist idology is the interesting key to knowing who this scapegoat is.
My gut feeling is that he probably knew who the guilty parties were and thus his threat to take out his colleagues if he were blamed for the event.
I'd love to know the relationship between him and Zack and Rosenberg.
On this occasion, I do believe it was a mistake, or a "bug". On Saturday, Blogger gave me the old 'your blog has been locked due to terms of service violation' message, and I was unable to access it, but a few hours later the problem had been obviated without me having contacted Google for an explanation. That doesn't mean Blogger isn't biased and doesn't practise censorship, but it does seem to indicate that the recent spate of blog closures was due to a systemic error.
Desert Peace and Rock The Truth are both back online at Blogger.
