Open Letter #17 on 9/11 to Attorney General of the USA, Michael B. Mukasey

OPEN LETTER #17 ON 9/11 TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE USA MICHAEL B. MUKASEY

Dear Mr. Attorney General, while I persist with these unrequited letters urging you to appoint me to head a proper investigation of 9/11 for the sake of historical truth and the pursuit of justice, let us together be mindful of those who have given up all hope that the "proper authorities" will ever heed their demands for answers to thousands of questions about 9/11.

In this regard I am happy to report that a group of concerned citizens has organized an initiative to place a referendum on New York City's November ballot which calls for the establishment of a new and improved Commission to conduct a proper investigation of the events of 9/11.

Their success in this truly patriotic endeavor looks very likely for this November's General Election or possibly next year's Mayoral Election. Their website address is http://www.nyc911initiative.org; their phone number is 646 537 1755.

So, Mr. Attorney General, if you really don't know whom to call to start a real investigation of 9/11, I, your neighbor right here on the Upper East Side of New York, invite you to sign our petition to place this 9/11 referendum on the ballot.

If you have ghosts at the Department of Justice and you really don't know whom to call, then join our effort to establish a "proper authority"; namely, a Citizens of New York 9/11 Commission.

Just call me when you're back home and I'll be right over to get your signature. Or, if you like, I'll take the shuttle down to Washington and meet you there.

I just want you to know that if this Citizen's 9/11 Investigatory Commission is indeed formed and successfully concludes its work and achieves its stated goals, it will have done so despite the established proper authorities; namely, you and the US Department of Justice.

You of course can turn this around right now and start a proper investigation yourself. I just want to serve notice that your opportunity to do so is now.

So let's begin. Where are the routine video surveillance tapes showing ANY of the passengers let alone hijackers at Newark's Liberty International Airport?

After seven years, why haven't we seen the tapes or heard an explanation why we haven't seen them?
