The Myth of Scarcity
Perhaps the single most devastating myth on earth. . .
Is that of scarcity . . .
Not enough food.
Not enough land.
Not enough water.
Not enough oil.
Not enough love . . .
Not enough of ANYTHING that's needed for everyone on earth to thrive and survive.
And of course I would be remiss not to include the MOTHER OF ALL MYTHS - that there is NOT ENOUGH MONEY to go around.
NOTHING can be further from the truth.
But, most people lack the knowledge or imagination to see through the LIES.
The problem is that this mega myth of scarcity is a self-fulfilling prophecy that destroys our lives.
Those who embrace it invariably panic and, in a mad rush, chase after every resource they can lay their hands on, before it's all taken.
The strong, the crafty, and those who get there first, hoard large swathes of resources - PILE IT HIGH AND SIT ON IT - while the weak, the honest, and the young are left struggling just to survive.
And so we end up with EXTREME imbalances reflected both in society and in our environment and in the process we destroy what matters most - our human relations.
This is madness.
A madness that is driven by GREED - rapacious, relentless, insatiable GREED - coupled with unremitting selfishness and a thorough lack of imagination on the part of those who are neither selfish nor greedy.
The irony of this tragedy is that while people eagerly embrace the myth of scarcity with respect to everything which in reality is or could be abundant if we use our imagination, they ignore the one thing that is actually running out for humanity - TIME.
Wakeup people and wake your friends, your family and your neighbors, because time is running out.
Sooner than you realize, greed and selfishness will consume us all and leave nothing but a scorched planet as a testament to how badly we f*cked up.

scarcity is a myth, like all the other doom-saying myths.
Those myths are believed by many and used by some in order to justify population reduction.
it's also used to justify price gouging and all sorts of hoarding.
The result is a massive and continual transfer of wealth to those who monopolize the world's resources and away from those who are held hostage by these tyrants.

"Money" has no value - people do.
Everything you've written is true, I'd just like to add a bit about why the evil bastards are getting away with it.
This is from a review of Historian Richard Evans' book about life during the Third Reich.
How Lots of Little Nazis Turned Germany Into the Third Reich
This is what's happened in America- they've infiltrated every organization, from the major networks to the local public radio station, from the DLC to the local Democratic party- and I say this from experience dealing with people at the local level.
The primaries are rigged, from both sides. If the Democrats fought intelligently they could expose it, but the local 'leaders' are themselves Nazi-like in their determination to make sure nothing real ever gets done. Are they knowingly complicit? That would be a big conspiracy, hence my guess is they're products of mk-ultra (or maybe just tv/radio subliminal msgs)- but then that's 'too crazy' to mention. But that's how these people act- like zombies- 'we don't care about election fraud or central tabulators, we're campaigning on the issues.' huh?
What to do about it? Still searching...
You make good points, but I disagree with a couple of small details.
In the late 1920s, Hitler and the National Socialists had little success, because Jews (Bolsheviks) controlled all the newspapers and most of the banks. (Hitler was even jailed a couple of times.)
Hitler only started to make progress in the early 1930s when he won the sympathy of wealthy industrialists like Fritz Thyssen, who owned the largest steel and coal company in Germany. Thyssen realized he could get rich from Hitler's efforts to re-arm between the two world wars. He started pumping money into Hitler’s campaign. Meanwhile Hitler traveled the length and breadth of Germany, sometimes making six speeches a day.
One of the pillars in Thyssen's international corporate web was Union Banking Corporation, headquartered in New York City. UBC was owned by a Thyssen-controlled bank in the Netherlands. (By the way, George Bush’s grandfather Prescott Bush was the director of UBC in New York. He also worked for Brown Brothers Harriman, which later became part of Halliburton-KBR.)
MY POINT is that most of the time in history, true change only comes about when rich and powerful people (those at the top of society) alter their opinions. South America is a case in point. Despite numerous bloody revolutions there, nothing ever changed until Hugo Chavez came to power in Venezuela.
In my opinion, the USA will not change unless it collapses, or unless the rich and powerful no longer decide to support Zionism, which is most unlikely.
What concerns me is that if the US economy does collapse, and Americans are no longer able to support Israel, the Zionist maggots will nuke the USA in revenge for this "betrayal" of the Jews.
This is from an essay on population (control) published in 1798. This guy was a real psycho . . .
Apparently, a lot of today's policy makers follow this psycho's writings and take it to heart.
What happened during Katrina makes perfect sense in this context.

"Money" has no value - people do.
QRSWAVE,
Katrina was a disaster alright, but not a "natural" one. They were right when they said the levees SHOULD be able to sustain the winds.
BTW, the winds DIED DOWN as they approached the levels, to a lower class.
There were BOMBS heard by eye(and ear) witnesses.
Plus, the diver who was sent down into the waters to "assess" what happened ------ well, we all know what happened to him.
HE WAS SHOT DEAD>>>>
Mmmmmmmmmm??????
Yes, QRS I'm familiar with him. In college I had a class on Darwin. Malthus influenced Darwin’s ideas. Therefore we had to read Malthus’ famous essay. His thesis is that when food production increases arithmetically, population increases geometrically. If the food supply doubles, population quadruples. If the food supply goes up by a factor of four, population increases by a factor of sixteen, and so on. (Hence, geometric.) This principle applies to all organisms, human or otherwise. The counterbalance (i.e., what keeps population in check) is war, disease, competition, natural disasters, and so on.
Malthus suggested in a very clumsy way that perhaps humans should seek to gain control over these processes, rather than stumble through them.
Everyone panned his essay when it came out, but it made Darwin think about competition, and about how organisms survive by adapting to changing environments.
Personally I subscribe to most of Darwin’s ideas. Unfortunately Malthus’ essay has been used to criticize Darwin.
If Darwin’s ideas are sound, then Zionist Jews logically succeed because they are well adapted to the modern environment. They know how to exploit Goyim naiveté, plus the pitfalls of mass society. However, all organisms must adapt to a changing environment. Zionists cannot do that. They cannot change, or reflect on their own evil. They prosper now, but when the dollar collapses, or when Russia moves to stop the USA, or when there is some other radical change in the environment, Zionism will be finished.
Thus, I keep saying there will come a time when Jews (not just Zionists) will be afraid to admit they are Jewish.
Such is the depth of their evil.
I studied him at college and was shocked at the depravity of the man cloaked in the language of science.
We studied the so called 'population bomb' which is supposed to endanger all of us, the earth cannot sustain all of us, and neo-Malthusians still argue this.
The solution is not preventing more people from being born. The solution is preventing the Bankers and USURY. Billionaire Bankers are always going to justify their stolen wealth as 'deserved', and they can employ whorish thinkers to argue their case.
Zionists and bankers are destined for a fall, they exploit the ignorance of the masses and they divide and rule and know exactly what they are doing, while we are all distracted and diverted....but people know....and when the time is right they will fall. Like the Zionists 'need' antisemitism to fuel their Zionism. I think we need Zionism as a unifier against it. The existence of Zionism and Zionists should make everyone else unite and recognize the real enemy.
It's been awhile since I last posted and unfortunately I haven't frequented this site as often as I need to. Nonetheless, it's good to see that you all are still working hard on getting the truth out. I came across this post today, and coincidentally I was re-reading an excellent treatise by M.U. Chapra titled "Islam and the Economic Challenge" published by the International Institute of Islamic Thought. And his first order of business is to expose this myth as well by stating: "Resources are only scarce relatively to the claims on them." (p.3)And this really is the crux of the matter: under what system can humanity allocate those resources most efficiently and effectively. The author claims that Islam is that system and I agree with him, because unlike the man-made systems of capitalism, socialism, communism, facism and so on; Islam as an all inclusive system DOES maintain that religion and morality are relevant to the solution of man's economic problems. However,as you posted above, there are certain groups with a vested interest that perpetuate this myth of scarcity to maintain the present worldview which enables their systems to operate, if only for a limited time since the intrinsic flaws of the system will eventually cause it to collapse. Just to be sure I dusted off my economics book from my freshman year in college, 'Economics: Principles and Policy' by William J. Baumol and Alan S. Blinder and sure enough the forces that be are relentless in spreading their propoganda as substantiated through their devotion to the topic very early in the book, "Chapter 3: Scarcity and Choice: The Economic Problem". I wonder if they teach their kids that sharing is a "problem" and hoarding is the right thing to do. Bottom line: people need to learn how to put a check on their desires. Hopefully, humanity will come to this realization, however it seems that we're going to go through some trial and error with these man made systems and unfortunately that's just going to be detrimental to the lives of many ordinary people.
I agree with everything you say.
In my opinion, both capitalism and its opposite (which I shall call Communism) have things to offer. Problems occur when we go too far toward one extreme or the other.
Too much capitalism (with no moral considerations) reduces humans to disposable commodities.
Too much Communism leads to vast bureaucracies that stifle innovation.
The ideal, in my opinion, is a balance between the two extremes. This balance can never be perfect, but it is worthy of constant pursuit. It is the same as balancing material concerns with spiritual / moral concerns.
Today the world is totally out of balance. Capitalism rules all. As you say, “intrinsic flaws of the system will eventually cause it to collapse.”
Zionism is an ideology of raw capitalism, debt, usury, and scarcity. It places material pursuits above all. American culture has become Zionist in essence, and will collapse sooner or later. We cannot borrow our way out of debt.
Money can still work, but fiat currency cannot.
Are you saying that there is an infinite supply of *fresh water* and *arable land*? That humans can act on this planet without consequence, forever?
Clearly, nothing on earth is infinite.
Only God is infinite.
But, the extreme shortages that we're being told exist are either deliberately manufactured or recklessly brought about through mismanagement.
I tend to believe it's mostly the former since very tight control over resources is a pre-requisite for driving its "price" up.
