Af first glance, GW seems to fit in the Mass Murderer definition, as he is personally responsible for the violent and needless deaths of over one million Iraqi's, as the leader of the former democratic republic known as the USA.
And as his murderous rampages in Fallujah, Basra and Sadr City proved, he is more than capable of killing numerous victims in a single incident.
One might ask why, if GW was such a blood-thirsty killer, he avoided service during the Vietnam War by deserting his Air National Guard unit. If GW was a mass murderer, wouldn't going to Vietnam helped his cravings for blood sacrifices?
Yes, but that would have put him in mortal danger of getting killed and that wouldn't have been near as much fun as GW is having now, bringing his messianic vision of a new Crusade to people whose religion is different from Georgie's.

Or is GW a serial killer, deriving some type of sick psychological satisfaction from the murders of over one million Iraqi's, most of whom are Muslims. Maybe that psychological basket case and drunk from Crawford derives some type of sexual gratification from watching the Pentagon news clips fed into his White House lair.
Maybe Georgie was missing the company of one Jeff Gannon (nee James Guckert), known male prostitute, who visited the White House over 200 times , beginning in February 2003, including numerous overnight stays.

I think Bush is better described as a useful idiot or a puppet. His Christian fundamentalist mindset made him ripe for exploitation by the hordes of Jewish Zionists in his administration who had the war plans for Iraq drawn up well before 9/11 - people like Perle and Feith, both of whom helped author the Clean Break paper in the late '90s for the Likudniks in Israel.
It seems to me that labeling Bush a mass murderer implicitly exonerates these other traitorous Israel-firsters. We have to deal with Iraq, George. He tried to kill your daddy, remember?
