I believe it paints an unfair portrait.
This isnt a knee-jerk assessment. I follow politics obsessively. Certainly no reasonable person who knows anything on the topic believes Joe Biden is some sort of crypto-zog Israeli spy... Yea, he donned a kippa and ...gag... well, you and I dear reader see something different in THAT picture than 99% of America. We know Israel for what it is, and are naturally repulsed by anything that could be seen as a display of fawning reverence for it, or anything about it...
