OPEN LETTER #20 ON 9/11 TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE USA MICHAEL B. MUKASEY
Dear Mr. Attorney General,
Let me direct your attention to my formal comment on the National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) "Final Report" on the mysterious collapse of the Salomon Brothers Building, otherwise known as World Trade Center 7, at 5:20:42 EDT on the 11th of September, 2001.

The law enabling the NIST investigation, at least as far as the WTC is concerned, is an ex post facto law. As a federal judge, you ought to be aware that our Constitution prohibits ex post facto laws. The dynamic behind such legal trickery, of course, is a combination to suppress the adversarial and discovery processes of our legal system with a thin veneer of authority from NIST instead of our duly established law enforcement agencies.
This is not the right way to discover what really happened on 9/11, and it appears to me that this method is meant to protect the real perpetrators of 9/11. It appears at least on the surface that you had a hand in this in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Did you release the "Dancing Israelis of Liberty State Park"? Did the WTC insurance companies present as evidence Richard A. Siegel's film of the Twin Towers' collapses?
The only thing worse than doing 9/11 is doing 9/11 and putting the blame on someone else. That would be a high tech lynching motivated by anti-Arab anti-Semitism.
Moreover, the conspiracy of silence supporting the cover-up reeks of the Talmudic Law of the Moser, which prohibits a Jew from informing directly or indirectly on another Jew to a non-Jew. Is this not your persuasion? Is it not true that Benjamin Netanyahu said 9/11 was "good for Israel"?
Since when are those with motive, means and opportunity to commit a crime, and who actually benefited from it in their own perverse way, not held to account? How else do you explain palming off on the American people the lies contained in this NIST Report?
The seismic record clearly indicates blast events coinciding not just with the collapse of WTC 7, but also with the jet impacts and collapses of the Twin Towers as well.
