Wikipedia takes a hit

Middlebury College, Vermont, no longer allows students to cite Wikipedia as a source when they do research papers.

Professors say Wikipedia’s open-editing system carries too many risks of error.

Other schools might follow Middlebury's lead.

No doubt American schools will continue to let students use Wikipedia for all issues connected with Jews, Zionism, or Palestine.

out of convenience, as it is usually the first entry in a google search of anything, but only if the subject matter is common knowledge.

Of course, I take it with a grain of salt.

It's termed infotainment.

Other than that, I'll stick with Encyclopedia Britannica, particular web sites that offer alternative news and 'conspiracy theories' and Amazon.com/rare book shop/local university & public libraries for more in-depth information to absorb.

Wikipedia is an entertaining time-sinking read on obsolete and new technology, but when it comes to determining the truthfulness in politics, history and public figures, living and deceased, Wikipedia doesn't offer much but stick to official versions while giving the alternative scenarios a bare pass.

It's like Digg. The creators claim they give the users the voice in casting the vote. It's called mob rule democracy in suppressing the alternative views that contradicts their firmly held beliefs that Zionism is another "harmless" political ideology while condemning Islam & other mainstream religions with exaggerations and hate speech attacks and that official versions of the certain events should not be challenged no matter the mountain of evidence available for review and research.

Web 2.0 is good in a revolutionary way to reach the wider audience, especially YouTube/Google Video, but censorship by mass "vote down", deleting or flagging due to the mob's strong political and ideological bias continue to reinforce the belief that disinformation & willful ignorance still prevail, which might be detrimental to their future well-being.

I just absolutely CRINGE everytime a zionistKHAZAR links to wiki when they want to badger us with their so-called "authentic" sources.

But all their LINKS are ridiculous. They're all zionist pro-israel links.
