Deadly Epidemic Sweeps America
If you notice the following symptoms in yours or a loved ones life, then seek immediate treatment. Your lives and the lives of others depend on it.
- Working ten or more hours a day with little compensation
- Little or no time to spend with friends and family
- No room for advancement
- A mountain of bills, and crushing, humiliating debt
- A horrible commute
- Chronic disatisfaction with yourself such that you constantly seek 'new' things to make you feel better (bigger house, better car, new spouse)
- Inability to imagine a world that's different
These are just some of the signs and symptoms of a chronic debilitating disease which I call Chronic Psychological Slavery.
It afflicts a vast majority of people around the world, but is highly prevalent in America.
It is a chronic infectious mental disease, contracted by repeated and persistent exposure to lies.
You know a person has it when they go about their lives diligently working for someone else's interests and facilitating their own demise.
The only known cure for this disease is the truth.
Some patients recover. But, the success rate is not high.
The preferred method of treatment for an affected population is repeated, regular applications of truth in small doses, so that they don't succumb to irreversible culture shock.
However, shock therapy is indicated if a patient is about to commit suicide or homicide under the influence of lies.
Ultimately, the best way to do away with this insufferable disease is to eradicate the source of infection - the lies.
Lying is almost universally condemned around the world. But, few understand WHY.
It's important to know the truth, whether it is good, bad, pretty or ugly.
* * * How can things change when people believe a lie?
--Brasscheck TV
They can't - which is why lies are employed and why truth is so important.
The best way to go about discovering the truth, or distinguishing truth from lies is to be very critical when examining any words you read for BIAS.
Cui Bono? is what you must ask before accepting any logical conclusion suggested by a report, essay, or advocacy piece.
Remember that words are simply an imperfect instrument by which humans attempt to convey messages.
Either these messages honestly reflect objective reality, or they are distorted to benefit special interests.
Always keep in mind that while not everyone in the world is 'out to get you' - most definitely, there are people who ARE.
You must always be on the look out for them.
They are not too hard to find as they tend to gravitate towards positions of power, the natural conclusion for people bent on lording it over others.
Hence, the dangerous fallacy 'power corrupts.'
Power does not corrupt, corrupt people gravitate towards power.
And there is no greater power than power over the mind.
Hence, they are over-represented in the fields of communications and law - as those two areas hold the keys to tricking people into serving their interests.
The media propagates the lie.
The legal system institutionalizes and enforces it.
Because lies are what enslave us, only truth can set us free.
Knowledge is power and communication is key.
And because we are all born without knowledge, someone must convey it, otherwise humanity falls prey to those who know the truth but HIDE it, in order to enslave the ignorant.
Our job, as human beings who care about each other, is to diligently seek the truth, then impart it to as many others as we can.
We begin as students and evolve into hybrid student-teachers, because learning never ends.
[O]nce everyone has accepted a lie, how do you turn things around?
The answer is one person at a time.

that we should put into practice (I'm mainly speaking for myself). Wonder what would happen if we could enlighten one person each day with the truth? An unexpected, but rather welcome "domino effect" may ensue knocking down the proverbial lies everyone's been forced to swallow.
and very profound. The low quality of life experience is a good thing which will 'wake up' more people.
I don't know about the US, but here in the UK we are all 'atomized' unable to form associations at community level and we have no freedom of assembly. Everyone is too busy watching 100 channels of TV, and too exhausted to meet with others and to form a community which fights the lies.
The truth which people need to hear AND BELIEVE in, for them to be clean from diseases is the following:
There is no one worthy of our slavery except God Who created us and Muhammad is His messenger to whom He revealed The Koran - a guide to salvation.
Now, one can elaborate on that Truth extensively. Here is some: In Koran God says: that He created life and death in order to test the mankind which ones will perform best; that there is eternal felicity in hereafter as a reward; that mankind has avowed enemy called Satan stalking him persistently to beautify the disobedience to God; that there is Hell in hereafter for those who rebel against God.
Muslim:
That is absolutly what people don't need to believe. I disagree. people need to believe in themselves. They need to believe that they are free. Free from all the restraints government religion and society wants us to believe. The problem I have with religion, for example, Christianity, Muslim, is this, from my understanding religion for the most part is pretty much telling you to be a slave, be happy being a slave, and that god with reward you for it. I don't believe any god would want it this way. God wouldn't give us the ability to think critically, logically, or, rationally if he wanted us to believe in those religions.
Qrswave: Great advice!
"Our job, as human beings who care about each other, is to diligently seek the truth, then impart it to as many others as we can."
Remember religion isn't the truth, it's a belief.
Certain beliefs are "Deadly Epidemic Sweeping America"
People never want to disprove what they believe, never want to search their own beliefs for errors, They only want to prove them at all costs.
"That is absolutly what people don't need to believe. I disagree. people need to believe in themselves. They need to believe that they are free. Free from all the restraints government religion and society wants us to believe."
Okay.
"The problem I have with religion, for example, Christianity, Muslim, is this, from my understanding religion for the most part is pretty much telling you to be a slave, be happy being a slave, and that god with reward you for it."
No some forms of Islam and Christianity tell you to do this...because they are used by some people in power as a means to enslaving people.
"I don't believe any god would want it this way. God wouldn't give us the ability to think critically, logically, or, rationally if he wanted us to believe in those religions."
You can have all of the above and still be a good Muslim.
As individuals we have two sides within us. Lets take 'anger' as an example. Anger has a function, it can be useful if someone interferes with your family for instance. Someone interferes with your wife and you just stand and watch because you lack anger is not good.
Anger can also be mis-used you can unlawfully use it against your wife, you can be tyrannical with it.
God does not ask us to eradicate anger, rather we should bring it into balance and only use it when God approves of it.
Similarly when there is corruption in society we might be tempted to rebel and cause maximum damage to the elites in power, but this could be counter-productive...we could create anarchy, where people cannot even go out and fulfill their daily needs without fear of death, being bombed and killed (e.g. Iraq). So by our mis-directed efforts we may create more harm than good, so Islam does say that in some situations for the sake of long term peace and good, it may be worthwhile to simply go along with the corruption, unless there are suitable ways of preventing it without causing chaos.
So yes you could argue that this is slavery...but I would say it is wisdom.
Living in some places in America right now may be bad, but at least you can go to the shops, get water..etc. How would you like it if it became like Iraq...would you not condemn the people who brought and end to your relative peace?
Rebellion and fighting people in power needs direction and strategy and leadership. Without these we would create more harm than good and religions can help with the right approach.
I have a new paradigm: Deception is the oldest business, not prostitution.
I sent a proposal to a decent candidate for congress recently who never responded to me. So here it is for whatever it is worth.
Based on a recent court ruling, media cannot be held liable for the accuracy of their news. (In other words they can legally lie.) Considering the fact that media is a free enterprise and the news are their products and consumers have no obligation to buy them, the ruling makes sense.
I think we, as consumers, have the right to demand congress to pass a law that BANS ALL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES, from President to local post office clerk, of interacting with any media outlet that has not voluntarily pledged by law to tell the truth. This includes giving press conferences, interviews, returning calls, emails, etc. Government employees are paid by tax payers' money and cannot give their business to the media that has a legal right to lie to the tax payers.
I think this makes sense too.
Is there a congress member with thick enough spine to introduce this bill?
The tax collecting state is in power, they are not answerable to the taxed...this is a fiction used by the tax collecting state to empower itself and to enslave the taxed.
Our taxes actually go towards the interest payment of 'National Debt' which the bankers keep in their Master Computer Ledger. With this they Control EVERYONE.
i consider those who dont want to be slave to anyone being enslaved to their own whims and desires. Which is better that you worship God, The Majestic, or that you worship man (even that man is yourself, but still its a man) who cannot live without taking shit which stinks?
I don't believe there is a Hell.
Here's my take:
Hell is on Earth. We don't need anymore hell than what we got here.
There is no Beezlebub, there is no Lucifer, etc etc.
Instead we've got domestic violence, child abuse, pornography, violent child porn, the whores and pimps in the media, government/politicians and manipulative business organizations.
There is no hell's fire, no devil waiting for us with a pitchfork.
We've got the ADL, AIPAC, Holocaust [ad nauseum] museums, JDL, we've got Israel, the IDF/IOF.........
We've got irshad manji, nonie darwish, walid shoebat, wafa sultan
We have so much of this fresh hell, it's beyond our comprehension, right here on this planet, through these few choice people, and so on......through their intentions and actions.
If there's a hell in the afterlife, it's the hell we bring with us in our memories of our life on earth. We take with us all the pain and suffering we reaped on innocents.
Chew on that Hellfire, you sick, twisted little murderers and murderers by proxy: Manji, Golda Meir, Ariel Sharon, Wolfowitz, Cheney, and the rest of you true allegorical Satans of the earth.
And no. They/we/you are not possessed. It has to do with the choices people make.
Sociopaths who have no conscience.
We are either with God or removed from God. God has to do with intentions and actions.
And God doesn't care if we believe in Him. He doesn't depend on our belief. He/It/Whatever, only cares about our intentions and actions.
I can't believe y'all are falling for this obvious ZioNazi troll act.
Enough of the Jews. Time for them to give back, sit down, and shut up. Or else.
I'm not buying much i have seen this week. Almost 10 days of zio-rants. More bullshit in the news than you can shake a stick at. Heck i don't buy anything now. Shields UP.Load the cannon . Batten down the hatches the shit is in the crapper and me thinks i detect a definite swirl to the current things displayed on my particular "Internet".
Anyone recall the dirty thirty's?
you take D.C. Then you take New York.
CGB - I don't think he/she is zionist or a troll - just trying to persuade people, without being persuasive.
I'm a devoted Muslim, but I don't often speak about Islam, and when I do, it's in its defense from propaganda attacks by zionists. I make it clear that I am not trying to impose it on anyone.
People believe what they want to believe in terms of God and religion. When I discuss things, I speak in terms of principles - brotherhood, good will, family, integrity, honesty, sharing. These are values that everyone can embrace. You don't have to be Muslim to agree with my principles.
That is not to say that Islam is not worthy of recommending to others. It's just not polite to recommend it, when nobody asked.
Rhiannon, said: "If there's a hell in the afterlife, it's the hell we bring with us in our memories of our life on earth. We take with us all the pain and suffering we reaped on innocents."
Naturally, as a Muslim, I believe there is hell in the afterlife. However, I think you present a very close description of its source according to the Quran.
In the Quran, God makes clear that every evil that we encounter here on earth is brought about with our own hands - either actively or passively, by failing to object to it.
Also, God characterizes hellfire as being comprised of exactly the evil that you brought forth while on earth, which makes sense, as hell is supposed to be a just punishment for exactly the amount of evil that you committed.
There is no revenge in the afterlife. Revenge is an evil concept. There is only Justice.
But, when God rewards people for their good deeds, the reward is described in the Quran as being many fold greater than the good deed merits. This is how much God loves us.
But, as I said, this is my faith. And I describe it for you and others to know me better and to understand what Muslims believe. Whether or not you believe it does not affect me.
All I ask is that you respect my right to believe what I want to believe without being persecuted. And that before you believe some evil propaganda about Islam, that you give me a chance to explain what it's about.
Masher: I too think that something really evil is in the works. But, God knows best when it will happen.

"Money" has no value - people do.

....people will follow Islam willingly or unwilling qrs.
Fact of the matter is....it has nothing to do with me, you or someone else.
We as muslims follow Islam WILLINGLY. Everyone else follows it unwillingly because the natural law of the creation itself dictates all outcomes. In other words, there isn't such a thing as escaping the justice of Allah, hiding a secret from Allah or preventing a punishment or reward from Allah.
That applies to non muslims and muslims.
Free will...now that's another story.
And yes, there is a hell. Absolutely and a paradise (more than one actually).
Believing in same is required of all submitting muslims and not in words only.
Peace
Who's we?
What happened to:
"I am not a muslim, I am a shia", mp
kind of like:
"I drive a car, but I don't need wheels"
"I am a human being, but I don't have a soul"
"Nasrallah is my hero, but his son's death makes me wanna roll my eyes and puke"
MP, more fragmentations from your fragmented mind.
That's okay. God loves you more than words can say.
Beautiful post, qrswave!
The way forward is to strengthen our imaan. When our hearts are filled with faith, we become immune to illusion.
They just frame things cleverly. For example in this article NASA Forced to Steer Clear of Junk in Cluttered Space.
They state
Makes you wonder just what these 'mini-satellites' are and just what Iran are doing so irresponsibly with them!
Not to mention those irresponsible Chinese who get some favourable mentions as it appears their stuff is blowing up 'accidentally' all over the place. You know what they say about stuff Made in China
Those evil Chinese caused problems for a 'green' satellite. They obviously hate the environment too.
Are we to assume that they are reaping what they sow?
Which brings me back to the articles initial mention of a near miss which was
Isn't tossing half ton tanks into orbit just a tad irresponsible? Especially if you are tossing it into your own path?
Articles like this are very clever because you are told the truth outright but then it seems to get lost amongst the threats to the US posed by those Godless domestic enemies in Earth orbit.
qrs: I like the new blog but I was surprised when I tried to register as someone else appeared to have my username. Then I discovered it was me ;)
