Mexican Gangs Take Over LA as cops back down

On National Public Radio last month (February)....a spokesman for the Los Angeles PD, stated that the 90,000 cops of the LAPD have been "overwhelmed" by street gangs in the area now numbering somewhere between 150,000 to 200,000 in strength. And these gangs, ages 10 to 40, are armed...some with automatic weapons. The Negro gangs (BLOODS, CRIPS, etc.) have been replaced by the Mexican mestizo outfits like M-13.
In Long Beach, near the Los Angeles harbor, there is a struggle going on between the newly emerging Asian gangs and the mestizo's for control of the area. Thomas Chittum predicts that this street gang war is the beginning of what he calls "civil war 2" and the total disintegration of the USA.
California is similar to Iraq......just waiting to rumble, as the population increases by leaps and bounds. CALIFORNIA population is presently about 40 million which will double in less than 20 years...
LAPD cops are quitting or retiring and moving to Idaho rather than stay in LA under these mad conditions. Sidewalks in some parts of downtown LA are filthy with human waste. Cops going there sometimes put on rubber overshoes or plastic bags to keep the crap off their shoes. Mostly, they just try to stay out of those areas. So, the gangs have the streets to themselves.
Can anyone check if this is for real?
But, it sounds exceedingly unreal, especially the part about the markets and the boots, etc.
Seems to me like a thinly veiled effort to disparage Mexicans.
I don't doubt that there are gangs, but I find it hard to believe that it's as prevalent as he describes.

I was born and raised in Los Angeles (actually Hollywood) and I have returned there many, many times. I know it intimately, and I speak Spanish.
There are some parts of downtown where newly arrived people from Mexico congregate. They are desperate for work, and have no place to go. Therefore the police are accurate in their description--but I don’t feel the problem is severe. There is some gang activity (Hispanic-vs-Hispanic) but it’s isolated to certain neighborhoods.
People do indeed want to get out of L.A. because of the problems associated with a giant city, such as pollution, crowds, the high cost of living, etc. -- not because of crime, or social / ethnic friction.
Today the main power struggle in Los Angeles is between Hispanics and Jews.
Hispanics want to become more involved in city government.
Jews who control city government don’t want to give up power.
Friction between the two groups increases all the time, and the Jews are gradually losing.
I don’t know about the rest of the country, but Hispanics in Southern California are fully aware of the Zionist plague. They come from a different culture, and are shocked when they learn that Jews control the USA.

It's just that that website goes DEEP into the CAUSES and ROOT OF THE PROBLEM. No holding back.

Truth Seeker--Good site guys thanks for responding, ya, the zionist control is money controlled as they are low in numbers compared to others..If other groups can combine forces and force the media to reform itself and expose what they do we can neutralize them as they have the poor Palestinians, with brute force.

Well I feel rotten. I have come across this site and I recieve its newsletters. I discovered this site several months ago - I think in November. It is very good. And shame on me for not keeping up with its news or visiting its site more often. Shame on me for forgetting about it for chunk of time.
