Re: Protests in Kraków, Poland against ACTA
It’s all about One World Governance. Decisions and laws continue to be made in secret on a global basis (i.e. they supercede all national law anywhere). ACTA is administered by an international body that is accountable only to the elitists who control it. Neither the public nor domestic court systems have any say in the matter.
There is also the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement, which the elitists are negotiating in total secrecy.
ACTA is an agreement between corporate monopolies to cooperate in protecting their power over the masses. American and Japanese elitists created it in 2006. Last year, elitists in Australia, Canada, Morocco, New Zealand, Singapore and South Korea also joined the club. This week the EU bureaucrats imposed it on the European masses. There was no parliamentary debate in the EU nations.
ACTA lets the monopolies shut down anyone they accuse of copyright infringement, without trial or investigation. Indeed this is a branch of the “war on terror.” If the elitists don’t like you, then you are a “terrorist,” or else a “copyright violator” because you use the Internet.
The elitists will decide the definition of “counterfeiting” and “copyright infringement.” It is only “infringement” if they decide it is.
